Public Order Policing Reaction Team received a complaint about report from Hoopstad residents about drug dealers in Tikwana.
Members followed the information which led them to a house in New Stands, Tikwana.
POP Reaction Team requested to search the alleged drug dealer’s house and received permission.
They found 37 small plastic bags of Crystal Meth; 14 full Mandrax tablets; 15 halves Mandrax tablets; 40 quarters Mandrax tablets; and cash amounting to R109.
Apparently, the owner arrived during the search. Members then arrested the Teo suspects aged 25 and 27 for drug dealing.
Furthermore, police also followed up information, about a house in Rakhale street. They found and seized 19 small plastic bags of Crystal Meth and cash R80 cahs.
Members arrested a 23-year-old suspect for drug dealing.
The last arrest came from a house in Matshilo street, where the POP Reaction Team found a 25-year-old suspect in possession of 3 full Mandrax tablets; a quater; one Crystal Meth plastic bag; and cash that amounting to R44.
All these items were seized and the suspect is facing drug dealing.

Quadruple suspects appeared before Hoopstad Magistrate Court on Monday, 29 November 2021.
Lejweleputswa District Commissioner, Major General Lerato Molale, thanked Tikwana residents for information given to the police. He also thanked POP members for their dedication to clean Tikwana streets from drugs.
