Fezile Dabi police have made a swift arrest of the alleged three suspects for business robbery and theft of motor vehicle on Monday, June 20 in Oranjeville.
According to Free State police spokesperson Brigadier Motantsi Makhele, the members (police officers) of Trio Task Team followed up intelligence driven information which led to the arrest of the first suspect wanted, for stealing and allegedly selling a stolen vehicle of the incident.
“This equivalent 47-year-old suspect was previously arrested by members of Provincial Organized Crime for house robbery, kidnapping, also being in a possession of stolen motor vehicle, unlicensed firearm, and unlicensed ammunition,” said Makhele.
Furthermore, Makhele added that the suspect has since been on the run up until he was decisively arrested by the police on June 16 at his place of residence in Orange farm, Gauteng.
“Upon further investigation his arrest led to foreboding of two other suspects aged 48 and 52.
“It is alleged that these other two suspects were also part of the business robbery and theft of motor vehicle which transpired in Oranjeville.
“All three suspects were arrested and charged with business robbery and theft of motor vehicle,” added Makhele.
