Meloding cops: Please help find missing Bheki Mthenjwa who went missing in Virginia

The police in Meloding are investigating a case of a missing person, after Bheki Mathenjwa, originally from Kwa-Zulu Natal Province was reported missing, after he was last seen on Sunday, 13 March 2022 at about 20:30.

“Bheki was allegedly on his way back from Welkom approaching one of the retail stores at Virginia. He asked the driver of the motor vehicle to stop and the driver stopped,” says Lejweleputswa media liaison and spokesperson captain Stephen Thakeng.

It is alleged that the missing adult jumped out of the vehicle, as he claimed that there was someone who needed help and ran away.

“The driver and other occupants tried chase him but he could not be traced,” explains Thakeng.

That was the last time they saw him. It is unknown what he was wearing on the day of his disappearance,” he adds.

Bheki is described as an adult who is dark in complexion, short in height, with black short hair, and a grey beard.

He is believed to be between the ages of 40 and 50-years-old.
