Junior Management Core (JMC) at Lejweleputswa has become an important team player in Safer Festive Season Operations. These JMC members are led by Chairperson, Warrant Officer, Tshepo Sejake.
On Thursday, 2 December 2021, the team carried on with Operation Safer Festive Season, this time focusing on Bothaville.
They achieved successes in the following: arrested five suspects for selling liquor with a license; arrested trio for dealing in suspected drugs; and made four more arrests on those not wearing masks – not complying with Covid-19 regulations.

In Bothaville, several contact crime incidents were reported, most of which are caused by liquor.
“I would like to applaud the JMC for assisting in eradicating a fundamental root cause of crime, liquor.”
Lejweleputswa District Commissioner, Major General Lerato Molale said.
