Bronville woman,38, shot dead in execution style in front of children

The Bronville police have instituted the 72-hour activation plan for the mobilisation of resources in search of suspect/s who shot and killed a 38-year-old woman in Hani Park, Bronville.

Following a news-tip off shared with Kasi Voice News, police spokesperson captain Stephen Thakeng, revealed to Kasi Voice News, that the deceased was attacked by four armed unknown men, who allegedly demanded cash before they gunned down the mother of two.

“A 38-year-old woman was busy cooking for her children aged 19 and 3-years-old when four unknown men with Sesotho accent forced themselves in her home, this evening at about 19:00,” Thakeng said.

“The two were armed with handguns and the other two with knives. They demanded cash and the woman told them that she can go with them to an ATM machine,” he explained.

It is believed that during this occurrence, one of the suspects strangled a 19-year-old girl.

“The victim was forced to the floor and shot execution style while lying on the floor.

“She died at the scene and the two children survived this home invasion.

A case of house robbery, murder and attempted murder will be investigated,” detailed Thakeng.

Thakeng said the police have launched a manhunt for the suspects, as they are still on the run.
