Meet the teenager who wears many hats!

Many teenagers are still confused about their path in life, only a few have used their talent to make a promising career and a living.

Mpho “Treasure” Tharaga is a 18-year-old teenager who uses his voice to produce multiple hit songs to cut the edge.

Treasure told the people’s Ultimate voice of the community that, he wears many hats, as a radio host and a musician.

The musician said his journey in music was inspired by the late Gospel star, Lundi Tyamara.

“I got inspired by the story of the late Gospel singer Lundi Tyamara and also Sechaba Padi. These artists played a big role in my life, without them maybe I wasn’t going to do music,” said Treasure.

The radio presenter further added that his achievements began last year when he acquired several radio interviews from SABC radio stations such as Phalaphala FM, Umhlobo Wenene and 5FM.

Treasure also mentioned that also community radio station such as TUT FM wanted to hear his great music.

The musician highlighted that his breakthrough in radio started when he was 17-year-old, when Poort 88.2 FM decided to give him a spot to co-host.

Treasure has made television appearance when he performed on DStv channel 260 and channel 251 (Soweto tv).

Recently, Treasurer  has shared stage with notable artists such as the likes of Emtee and Fifi Cooper.
