I’ve endured chronic stress and fatigue, it’s enough!- Mosimane call it quits

Pitso Mosimane has tendered his resignation as Al Ahly’s head coach with immediate effect, disaffiliating his recently signed three-years extension contract with the Egyptian giants.

Through speculations of his dismissal at the Red Devils, Jingles showed courage to knock down his bosses before his future could have been decided.

Past weekend, Kasi Voice News reported that Mosimane was given a lifeline to win their upcoming match on Wednesday or he will face the axe.

Mosimane who secured over six prominent titles for the Egyptian giants and walking away with a Bronze at the Fifa Club World Cup, decided to terminate his contract on Monday, June 13.

The Red Devils confirmed that, the club parted ways with their head coach by mutual consent.

Previously, the Al Ahly management lashed out on reports that Mosimane was due for an exit, citing that they were in good terms with Jingles and that they were not on verge of realising the charismatic Mosimane.

According to ex-Al Ahly goalkeeper Amir Abdelhamid, he alleged that Mosimane was unsettled at the Egyptian giants, and he felt as like the world was against him.

Mosimane recently took to his social media platforms where he highlighted how hectic it was for him, and he was suffering from fatigue.

It seems as if Mosimane was carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders.

“Coaching has a lot of stresses and sicknesses – I’ve suffered from those things – I must tell you the truth. I’ve suffered from fatigue, and I’ve suffered from high blood pressure. It’s the nature of the business; it’s the nature of the club.

“It’s stress, you don’t sleep well. It’s not all about the social media and pressure from supporters; it’s also about your players – you want them to do this, and they don’t do it. It’s like that at every club. Some players fit in, and some don’t,” Mosimane said in one of the comments that were flagged as ‘strange‘.
