Mangaung Metro Tactical Response Team (TRT) nabbed a 29-year-old African male for possession of suspected stolen property on Wednesday, 19 January 2022.
The team received information of the suspect selling laptops at a residential flat in Willows and responded to investigate the allegations.
When the team arrived at the identified unit, the suspect gave them permission to search the premises. Upon the search, members found and confiscated nine laptops; 17 universal chargers and other computer apparatuses.

29-year-old suspect could not provide documentation proving the legitimacy of the electronics business. Furthermore, the suspect did not have documentation to be in the country.
Members registered a case of possession of presumably stolen peppery at Parkweg Police Station with additional charge of illegal immigration.
The suspect will appear before Bloemfontein Magistrate Court on Friday, 21 January 2022.
