Phuthaditjhaba Regional court found accused, Paleho Molefe (27) from Namoha Village, Qwaqwa guilty for murder and sentenced him to 15 years imprisonment.
His sentence was borne by incident which took place on 28 March 2021 at Namoha Village near a tavern.
Apparently, Paleho Molefe talked to Teboho Nzimande (29) outside the tavern in the street.
He stabbed Teboho with a knife in the chest and Teboho died instantly on the scene.
Police arrested and charged Paleho with murder.
The court found him guilty on Thursday, 04 November 2021, and sentenced him to 15 years direct imprisonment.
