The Kagisanong police are on a search for 18-year-old Sade Shakira Steenbok whose mother last saw her on Tuesday morning, July 18th, when she left for work.
According to the Mangaung-Metro police spokesperson, lieutenant colonel Thabo Covane, when the young lady’s mother returned from work in the afternoon, her daughter was nowhere to be found.
“Shakira’s carry bag and some of her clothes were also missing,” added Covane.
During the investigation, the police discovered a bus ticket purchase in Shakira’s name on Friday, July 14th. The ticket was for boarding from to Bloemfontein to Johannesburg on Tuesday night, July 18th.
Shakira is also a grade 12 learner at Sand du Plessis Secondary School.
The police seek for assistance from the public regarding the 18-year-old’s whereabouts.
