Thabong SAPS members came across an elderly woman who claimed to be from Bloemfontein on Monday, 15 November 2021.
Police consulted Lejweleputswa Department of Social Development for assistance in finding out where the woman was from.
In their interaction with the elderly woman, the department’s officials discovered that she suffers from a mental problem.
Police cannot take the elderly woman anywhere because of this.
