A heartless father has been caught red-handed for raping his 16-year-old daughter at his house in Winburg, Makeleketla.
It is alleged that his wife found her husband busy in the act on Monday, 21 February at about 14:30.
“The father apparently entered the bedroom, undressed himself and forced the child on the bed and raped her. While he was busy, the wife entered and asked him what he was doing,” said Lejweleputswa spokesperson Captain Stephen Thakeng.
“He never responded and dressed himself,” added Thakeng.
It is further addressed that the matter was reported to the Winburg police station
A case of rape was registered.
“A 41-year-old father was arrested by Sergeant Mpho Kotsamere of Winburg Visible Policing,” added Thakeng.
“He will appear soon in Winburg Magistrate Court,” Thakeng said.
