Dealesville police arrested two suspects following a tip-off about suspected stolen cows transported in a trailer.
On Sunday afternoon, 13 March, warrant officers Phukuntsi and Mphirime received information about suspected stolen cows during their routine patrol.
The police approached suspects while parking near a municipality camp and requested documents for possession of the livestock. The suspects however, did not have them so the police arrested for possession of suspected stolen livestock worth R24 000.
Both suspects aged 32 and 42 will soon appear before the Dealsville Magistrate Court.
