Kaya FM presenter Skhumba Hlophe has just scored himself the host title for the new Mzansi Magic show, The Saturday Show that will air from next month, 4 June, at 18:30.
Mzansi Magic announced this thrilling announcement on their Instragram account.
Skhumba will co-host the show, with Thato Moeng, who is the host for SuperSport channel.
The popular comedian on Kaya FM’s Good Friday show will co-host The Saturday Show that will play 13 episodes.
The show is going to be inclusive of five teams will battle for R3.5 million.
The director of Local Entertainment Channels on M-net, Shirley Adonisi added “We’re thrilled to premiere an epic game show like The Saturday Showdown on Mzansi Magic – something to keep our viewers entertained and engaged.
“It’s the kind of show that will appeal to viewers across age and interest – be they into sports or pop culture. It’s the latest in the hyper-local content strategy that we are putting out, content that is keeping up with viewers’ evolving and eclectic tastes.”
