Many of us find our passion during our teenage years, but Bonolo Motsukunyane found her passion at the tender age of five years.
Like a wise man once said, “Every child is a different kind of flower, and altogether make this world a beautiful garden,”.
A 19-year-old Bonolo wears many hats in terms of winning pageant competitions.
Bonolo told Kasi Voice News that her biggest achievement was to be crowned Ms Lejweleputswa in 2020.
“In 2020 I decided to compete for my first ever big pageant which was Ms Lejweleputswa and I became First Princess,” said Bonolo.
The psychology academia further said that, she made it to Top 5 when she was competing for Ms United Nations South Africa.
Bonolo said she is still grateful for opportunity she got last year to compete for Ms International South Africa.
The model highlighted that all of her hard work in these competitions made her to be elected as a director for Monyakeng pageant.
The talented young lady mentioned to Kasi Voice News that to give back to the community she decided to be a deputy secretary in Non-profit organization (NPO) called Donate A Dress Foundation.
The Welkom-born star said as a model you need to be prepared mentally and physically when you’re competing in pageants in order to get sponsorship.
“For me personally the challenge that I faced was that I limited myself from what I can accomplish,” said Bonolo.
Bonolo said besides modeling she has an online store called B-Accessories where she sells items like handbags and eyelashes.
The model said the beauty of being in industry allowed her to meet high profile people like mayors and working in ACE Models Welkom/International.
