On Sunday, 11 December, Shire Mpela reported that a 61-year-old Moeketsi Phakisi, who also has a mental illness, went missing since last Saturday morning, December 10.
According to Lejweleputswa police spokesperson, captain Stephen Thakeng, Phakisi will spend most of his time visiting the Kutloanong Zion Christian Church (ZCC) in K5 Section, Kutloanong.
The missing person was last seen wearing a black pair of jeans with grey sneakers and a green blazer.
A case of missing person was registered for further investigation and a search was initiated instantly.
“Anyone with information to trace the missing Moeketsi Phakisi can contact detective warrant officer Thaetsi of Odendaalsrus Detective Services on 0823012797. Alternatively, they may use the crime stop number 0860010111,” concluded Thakeng.
