Economic Freedom Fighters party leader Julius Malema said crime in Welkom can be attributed to lack of government to offer opportunities to the youth.
Malema was speaking during the party election campaign in Welkom, Free State, where he was joined by the party’s provincial and local representatives.
Speaking firmly over crime in the area, Malema stressed that crime will never stop in the area, as long as youth are not prioritized for free education and jobs.
