Dealesville : SAPS members, community members and CPF donated a wheel chair and a pair of crutches to a victim of Gender Based Violence to celebrate Casual Day. This initiative was lauded by the District Commissioner of Lejweleputswa District.
On Friday, 3 September 2021, SAPS members of Dealesville Police Station comprising of Suport Services, Social Crime Prevention and Visible Policing, Community Policing Forum, Community Patrollers organized an event where a donation was made from their pockets.
Members who took part in this initiate were Warrant Officers Adam van Watt, Fannie Fouche, Baitlatsi MERAHE and Me. Minkie van Straten.

This initiative was part of Casual Day celebration where a wheel chair and crutches were donated to a victim of Gender Based Violence, Me Rebecca Moretsi.
The donation was handed to the victim by the Station Commander of Dealesville, Captain Sello Maredi accompanied by Constable Butinyana Dangube – Community Policing Officer, Sergeant Sithembile Nyenzane – Rural Safety Coordinator, Detective Constable Xolani Ndavuza.
The recipient of the donation, Me. Moretsi was so excited and tears could be seen in her eyes and thanked the police for helping her in her time of need. She continued to thank the Lord that used the Station Commander, Captain Maredi and his team.
