Bongani Nazo is a 19-year-old grade 12 student at Morris Isaacson High School in Soweto.
Just like any student Bongani too wants to end his Grade 12 year on a high note by taking part in a Matric farewell organised by the school.
Sadly, his parents are unable to provide for him to attend a matric farewell as they are unemployed.
Morris Isaacson High School matric 2022 will be celebrating their farewell at Magalies River Lodge from December 4, until the 6th.
Each student is expected to pay an amount of R1 700, the amount covers transport to and from the venue, accommodation, full English breakfast for two days, access to swimming pool and gala
dinner.
It is every student’s dream to attend a matric farewell especially such an exquisite one.
After a long time of uncertainty. These are the first matric students during the unprecedented times of Covid-19.
When Covid-19 first reared its ugly head in 2020, they were in grade 10 and they had to be away from school for a certain period but here they are, they have made it through difficult times, indeed they deserve a chance to celebrate their final year in style.
Bongani’s mother reiterated that his son has been performing well irrespective of the challenges and he has applied at different universities for next year.
Bongani wants to study veterinary science, his dream is to become one of the best veterinary surgeons in the world, because of his love for animals he cannot envisage choosing any career.
Your donations can help Bongani be part of the matric farewell, if you feel moved in your heart and want to help. Please send your donations to his mother’s account number.
